These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and your purchase of products from CrochetIdeas (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our products

We sell digital crochet patterns in PDF format, individually and in bundles. No physical products are sold or shipped. Product pages describe what each bundle contains, such as the approximate number of patterns and skill levels. Images are for illustration; finished items you make may look different depending on yarn, hook size and technique.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be 18 or older, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to buy from this website. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.

3. Prices and offers

  • All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR, ₹).
  • Discounts and bundle offers (such as “Buy more, save more”) are applied automatically in the cart. They may change or end at any time; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
  • If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay using the methods shown at checkout (for example cards, UPI, net banking and wallets). Your order is confirmed only after the payment is successfully completed. We do not store your card or bank details.

5. Delivery

Download links are provided immediately after successful payment on the order confirmation page, by email, and in My Account → Downloads. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy for details.

6. Licence and permitted use

When you buy a pattern you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use it. You may:

  • download, print and use the patterns for your own crocheting;
  • make items from the patterns for personal use, gifts, or to sell as finished handmade items.

You may not:

  • share, resell, redistribute, upload or give away the pattern files or their contents, in whole or in part, in print or digital form;
  • claim the patterns, photos or instructions as your own, or use them to create competing pattern products.

All patterns, text, images and designs on this website are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7. Refunds and cancellations

Because products are delivered digitally and instantly, orders cannot be cancelled once the files are delivered. Refunds are available only in the situations described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Website use

You agree not to misuse the website, including attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

We work to keep our patterns accurate and the website available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes apply to orders placed after the updated Terms are posted on this page.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Maharashtra, India.
