Shipping & Delivery Policy

CrochetIdeas sells digital products only — crochet patterns in PDF format. No physical products are shipped, and there are no shipping charges.

1. How you receive your order

As soon as your payment is successful, your download links are delivered instantly in three places:

• on the order confirmation page shown after checkout;
• in the order confirmation email sent to the address you entered at checkout;
• in My Account → Downloads if you have an account.

2. Delivery time

Delivery is normally immediate. In rare cases, such as payment confirmation delays from the bank, it can take up to 2 hours. If you have not received your download links within 2 hours of a successful payment, please check your spam or promotions folder and then contact us.

3. Access period

Your purchased files remain available for re-download from your account with no expiry, subject to our Terms & Conditions.

4. Where we deliver

Because delivery is digital, you can buy and download from anywhere with an internet connection. Prices are charged in Indian Rupees (INR).

5. Problems with delivery

If a file will not download or open, write to hello@crochetideas.in with your order number and we will resend it. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for situations where a refund applies.
